What counts as a ticket?
One scale ticket that is confirmed. Rejected and unconfirmed tickets are free, and the same ticket number is never billed twice. Scanned paper tickets aren't billed for now.
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days, Standard is $99 a month with 100 tickets included. No card is needed for the trial.
What if I go over 500 tickets on Standard?
Every ticket past 500 is $0.30. Nothing else changes.
What is different on Growth and Fleet?
Only the tickets included and the price per extra ticket. Growth is $449 a month with 1,000 tickets, then $0.30 each. Fleet starts at $999 a month with 3,000 tickets, then $0.25 each. The app is the same on every plan.
